Q. What are the access times? 

A. There is 24/7 access all year round

Q. Who holds the key?

A. You do. You will be given a key for your container and an electronic key fob to allow you access into the compound when it suits you.

Q. Is the storage yard safe and secure?

A. All of our containers are secure including a security lock. Other security is cameras and a security guard for the whole site. We don't disclose any information to anyone.

Q. Are your storage containers weatherproof and dry?

A. Our containers are fully sealed to prevent any water damage and can withstand all weather conditions

Q. Will my goods be insured?

A. Market research tells us that customers would rather arrange their own insurance which covers them for the value of what they store

Q. Is condensation a problem in the containers?

A. It is rare to find a condensation problem in the containers but please be noted that our containers are not heated.

As long as you store dry items in your container there will be no issue.

Q. What is the minimum period?

A. The is no minimum period you only pay for the days you use. All our competitors work on a minimum of 1 month period but with Magnum you are never commited or tied in

Q. How can we move out?

A. Let us know when you want to move out, bring the keys back and we will pay you for the unused period and refund you for the key deposit  

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit or bond?  

A. No, we only ask you for a deposit for the keys.

Q. How can I pay?

A. Payment can be made by cheque, standing order as well as by cash. We take payment for a month in advance.
